Yvette

We are simply amazed at how far Yvette has come in the days since her capture.  Yvette was an 8-9 month old feral that we picked up in a rural community on the Eastern Shore, along with 2 older cats that including her mother.  Yvette was pretty darned gentle from the start, which gave us hope that she would become socialized in the right hands.  We are always loathe to return a young, promising cat outdoors as a TNR.

Well, Yvette has exceeded expectations, really coming a long way in the month or so in foster care.  She no longer even hides when strangers enter the apartment. And she sleeps on her foster mom's bed at night and has enjoyed the attention that is offered. In a recent visit, she sashayed around with her bushy tail in the air,  acting quite the coquette with the new cat (Porter), obviously delighted to have another cat around.  And she's absolutely gorgeous, to boot, with fur as soft as a cloud!

Yvette has been spayed, tested for feline disease and treated for parasites.

We ask for a minimum $140 donation for each of our rescued cats. A charitable tax receipt will be issued.
