Valetta
Valetta is a sweet, good natured long-haired black beauty. She is incredibly social, and has a habit of following you around the house for snuggles and maybe a treat or two. Seriously, this sweetie needs lots of attention. Her silky long hair makes her quite the snuggle buddy. Valetta's gentle disposition would make her a fantastic addition to any family who is looking to give a cat some love. While often found napping, Valetta has a playful streak in her and when needed, is quite a good mouser!
Valetta's foster moms will be sad to see her go - she is quite the gem and her little antics make us smile every day.
Valetta was rescued together with her kittens after her then-owner put them outside. They had also abandoned another mama cat and kittens, as clearly they did not have the means to either get them fixed or care for them properly. We gathered that these people were trying to avoid being evicted by the landlord. Happily, they surrendered the gang willingly enough when we appeared on the scene. In any case, we know that Valetta does well with other cats in the mix.
We ask for a minimum $160 donation for each of our rescued cats. A charitable tax receipt will be issued.
