Tetley, Oolong, Chai
Introducing the "Tea Series" of kittens, Chai, Oolong and Tetley. They were rescued together with their mama from a home in Cape Breton, when local rescue groups were unable to squeeze them in and feared that the kittens were already too old to be socialized well enough for adoption. To that we say,"Oh ye of so little faith." The kittens have transitioned beautifully to indoor living and human lovins, and one of them - a ginger female - has already been adopted. The kittens are now about 4 months old and ready for the right home to come along.
Chai is a sweet, gentle calico girlie with really soft fur. She love to play and cuddle with her littermates. When she sees the others getting attention from the foster mom, she will come over and look for a share of the lovins. Just a darling kitten!
Oolong is a white male with dark tabby markings on his head and tail, and he is the biggest in the litter, mostly because of his really long legs. He is going to become a big handsome cat. He carries toy mice around in his mouth and loves to chase his littermates and play rough. He's a "talker" and has been from the start, hollering at us when he was first rescued. Quite the character!
Tetley is a mellow gray tabby male who loves head rubs and touching noses, humans and cat friends alike. He is quite the industrious concealer of food as he likes to "bury" his food bowl and all the others as well after eating. This also extends to burying his toys or anything else he can get his paws on. He likes to take care of all that he has. So endearing!
Each of the kittens has been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, tested for disease and treated for parasites. A gentle reminder that we prefer that our kittens go either in pairs or to a home with at least another youngish cat for company.
We ask for a minimum $175 donation for each of our rescued cats. A charitable tax receipt will be issued.
