Miss Mew is a lucky gal who was surrendered to the emergency clinic last winter. HCRS stepped in and took her under our wing. She is about 8 years old and was a bit stressed out when we got her. Since going into foster care, she relaxed significantly and is happily picked up and cuddled. She has what we call 'stress aggression' which can make her hiss and swat when she's stressed out, but like most cats, once she is relaxed and settled in, the behaviour doesn't continue. She has not been tried with other cats, so we assume she'll do best in an only cat home; a quiet, adult only home will be perfect for her!
If you'd like to meet her, please fill out an application. She is a beautiful gal given a second chance and has tons of life and love in her! She is spayed and has tested negative for feline disease. She was treated for parasites as well.
We ask for a minimum $160 donation for each of our rescued cats. A charitable tax receipt will be issued.
